SPIRITUAL PLANTS ENTERS ITS NEXT CHAPTER: FROM FIRST RUN TO NATIONAL BEVERAGE AMBITIONS

Following its initial HOLY WATER LIQUID SACRAMENT launch and a fulfillment-related pause in online sales, the Asheville-based company advances its beverage strategy, develops a cultural revival, and pursues growth capital through Post Oak Group.

ASHEVILLE, N.C. — November 2026 — Spiritual Plants™, the culture-driven beverage and plant-based consumer platform founded by Craig Rose and Guy Rocourt, is entering its next phase of development following its initial HOLY WATER LIQUID SACRAMENT product launch. The first run included both sales and a substantial amount of product given away; it was not a sellout.

The company removed its THC products from online sale after its fulfillment provider discontinued all THC-related business in response to the new ban. The pause was driven by the loss of fulfillment services, not by selling out of inventory. Spiritual Plants is preparing for a broader commercialization strategy involving beverage development, expanded distribution, strategic partnerships, and a proposed cultural activation in Asheville, North Carolina.

Working with Post Oak Group on a structured capital-raising process, Spiritual Plants is seeking qualified investors and strategic partners to help finance its next stage of growth.

The announcement comes as the cannabinoid beverage industry faces both significant commercial opportunity and regulatory uncertainty.

An October 30 Inc. report highlighted the rapid growth of Willie Nelson’s Willie’s Remedy+, which previously secured $15 million in Series A financing and reported a $240 million annualized sales run rate.

For Spiritual Plants, that growth reinforces the opportunity to introduce plant-based products to consumers beyond traditional cannabis culture.

FROM LIQUID SACRAMENT TO A BROADER BEVERAGE PLATFORM

Spiritual Plants entered the market with HOLY WATER LIQUID SACRAMENT, a measured, flavorless cannabinoid beverage enhancer designed to transform familiar drinks into intentional, low-dose experiences.

The initial run reached consumers through both purchases and substantial product giveaways. Online sales stopped when the company’s fulfillment provider ended its THC business in light of the new ban, not because all inventory had been sold.

The next phase expands the company’s ambitions beyond beverage enhancers.

Development plans include low-dose cannabinoid still and sparkling beverages, alongside distinct non-cannabinoid pure-water and botanical beverage concepts.

The cannabinoid beverages are being developed around a proposed formulation of 3 mg THC and 3 mg CBD per serving, subject to final formulation and applicable regulatory requirements.

The company’s broader beverage philosophy is captured in a simple line:

Water, thoughtfully in the company of plants.

BUILDING A COMPANY, NOT JUST ANOTHER CANNABIS PRODUCT

Spiritual Plants was founded to reach adults who are curious about plant-based experiences but may feel disconnected from traditional cannabis culture.

Co-founder Craig Rose brings a background in cultural marketing, digital commerce, and unconventional Christian outreach, including founding XXXchurch.

Co-founder Guy Rocourt brings more than three decades of cannabis industry experience, including founding Papa & Barkley.

Together, the founders are developing an asset-light consumer platform that combines product development, cultural storytelling, contract manufacturing, and distribution partnerships.

Proposed quote — Craig Rose, Co-Founder:

“Our first run of HOLY WATER LIQUID SACRAMENT included sales and a lot of product we gave away. We took it off the site when our fulfillment company cut all of its THC business in light of the new ban. That disruption brought us back to a bigger question.

“What are we really building?

“Willie Nelson’s success shows that consumers are ready for something different. But the rules are changing, and we don’t believe the future belongs to companies betting everything on one product or one law.

“We believe the future belongs to brands that people trust, products they understand, and experiences that become part of their lives.

“We started with a beverage enhancer. We’re building something much bigger.”

ASHEVILLE: 40 DAYS / 40 NIGHTS

Spiritual Plants is developing a proposed Asheville cultural initiative called 40 Days / 40 Nights, bringing together music, art, community, and conversations around cannabis, faith, wellness, and culture.

A related creative concept, Billy Loves Willie, explores the relationship between musical heritage, cannabis reform, and cultural change.

Both concepts remain in development, with further announcements planned as participating partners, venues, and dates are confirmed.

FAITH, WATER, AND A MISSION BEYOND THE PRODUCT

The company’s evolving beverage identity also reflects Rose’s earlier experience in Christian outreach, where distributing water was one way to meet people with compassion rather than judgment.

Spiritual Plants is developing a charitable mission centered on clean-water access, compassionate outreach, and community service.

Its guiding philosophy is inclusive:

You don’t have to believe what we believe to drink our water. You just have to believe that everyone deserves some.

The charitable program remains in development, with no finalized beneficiaries or donation commitments.
