Legal status comes before availability

No cannabinoid beverages are offered for purchase here. A 21+ designation or a hemp-derived label does not establish permission to manufacture, market or sell them. Federal food restrictions and changing hemp rules require a confirmed lawful route before any launch, alongside state and local requirements.

A future licensed cannabis route would be separate from the hemp route, with its own formulation, license, tracking, testing, packaging and dispensing requirements. Medical dispensary eligibility would not establish that a beverage treats a medical condition. The botanical water collection follows its own development and compliance process.
